Why aren't prices listed on the site?

Every business is different. Pricing depends on your headcount, number of states, and the level of support you need. We'd rather have a quick conversation and quote you accurately than give a number that doesn't fit your situation.

Are retainers billed monthly?

Yes. Retainers are billed on a monthly basis. We don't lock you into long-term contracts — we earn your business every month.

What happens if I go over 8 requests in a month?

Additional requests beyond your monthly limit can be handled as à la carte items, or we can discuss upgrading your tier if your volume consistently exceeds it.

Do unused requests roll over?

Requests do not roll over month to month. The limit exists to ensure every client gets focused, high-quality attention — not to rush through a backlog.

No. ComplyBridgeHR provides HR guidance, not legal advice. When a situation warrants employment counsel, we'll flag it clearly and can help you understand what type of attorney to look for.

Can I reach you on Slack or by phone?
